Understand your subscription, manage payments, view invoices, and cancel if needed.

Billing & Subscriptions

Overview

Postigniter uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Your subscription is tied to your workspace — one subscription covers all members of the workspace.

Viewing Your Subscription Status

  1. Go to Workspace → Billing from the sidebar.
  2. You'll see:
    • Your current plan (Free, Pro, Enterprise, or Lifetime)
    • Your billing interval (monthly or annual)
    • Your next renewal date
    • A Manage Subscription link to the Stripe billing portal

Viewing Invoices and Receipts

To access past invoices:

  1. Go to Workspace → Billing.
  2. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal.
  3. In the portal, navigate to Billing History to view and download all past invoices as PDFs.

Invoices are also sent automatically to your account email address after each successful charge.

Updating Your Payment Method

To change the card on file:

  1. Go to Workspace → Billing → Manage Subscription.
  2. In the Stripe portal, select Payment Methods.
  3. Add a new card and set it as default, or update your existing card's details.

Changes apply to your next billing cycle.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel:

  1. Go to Workspace → Billing → Manage Subscription.
  2. In the Stripe portal, click Cancel Plan.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain Pro access until then. After cancellation, your workspace reverts to the Free plan (10 generations per day).

You will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

Refund Policy

Postigniter does not offer refunds for completed billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with your invoice number for review.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge automatically over the following days. You'll receive an email notification. To prevent service interruption, update your payment method in the billing portal before the retry window closes.

If the payment is not resolved, your workspace will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your grace period.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plan holders have permanent Pro access with no recurring charges. Lifetime plans are workspace-level and non-transferable. To check your lifetime plan status, go to Workspace → Billing — it will show as "Lifetime" with no renewal date.
